MY PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
I have been practising for fifteen years in the field of Naturopathy and I really enjoy my profession. I love to share my wealth of knowledge with others so they may understand the workings of their body and mind and be empowered and equipped to take responsibility for their health.
I have been so blessed and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to study, read, learn and immerse myself in this profession. It never ceases to amaze me from my studies of anatomy , physiology, nutritional biochemistry and human reproductive biology how wonderfully we are created and how the body always strives for balance and well being. It's wonderful!
I am sincere, honest and I care about every individual who comes to see me.
I am so blessed to be the mother of three precious children ( Lauren, Elise and Jesse) and wife of many years to my ever supportive best friend and husband (Chris). My own health and that of my family has been restored through the wonders of Naturopathy.

I am very generous with my time as I am genuinely interested in your well being ( that's why initial appointments can take between 1 to 1.5 hrs). I care for people the way in which I would like to be cared for by any health professional, that is, with confidetiality, integrity and repect.
WHAT IS NATUROPATHY?
Naturopathy or "nature cure" is a system of holistic healing that recognises the body's own power to heal itself and acts to identify and remove obstacles to its recovery. It is drug-free and utilises dietary & lifestyle changes, vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathics and nutritional supplements to rebalance body systems and bring about vitality and well being. The nutritional medicines used in this clinic are of the highest quality available. Their formulations are based on scientific evidence and have been validated by clinical outcome and success. Naturopathy embraces the whole person. Ill-health affects your body, mind and spirit and not simply an isolated organ or system. Naturopathy is a Science which looks at the causes of diseases rather than just the symptoms.
A wise man should consider that health is the greatest of human blessings. . . - Hippocrates
The father of medicine understood that the greatest gift one can possess is good health. But for those seeking good health, the greatest gift is the one that may help achieve that goal.
WHY VISIT A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER?
We as healthcare practitioners aim to, with the involvement of yourself, interpret signs and symptoms and make diagnoses of possible illness in order to restore you to a state of health and well-being. Nutritional and herbal supplements and sometimes significant dietary and lifestyle changes are a part of the program used to achieve this state of health. Health is not merely the absence of disease, but a state of optimum well-being, and that is what we want to achieve by treating you with natural medicines.
WHY NUTRITIONAL MEDICINE?
Nutritional factors have been documented as the cause of most of our degenerative diseases including diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, stroke, many cancers, dementia, asthma, skin disease and many other conditions. dietary changes and the use of professionally prescribed quality supplements can reduce the risk of disease, and play an important role in the treatment of many chronic diseases helping you to achieve an optimal state of health and well-being.
Naturopathy is very successful in treating acute and chronic conditions and is the ideal preventative health care.
